NAVFAC Southwest Public Works Business Line Facility Support Contracts (FSC) Product Line Core held their annual Summit April 25 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) in San Diego, California.

"Awesome topics resulted in healthy discussions," said Alan Lacuesta, FSC product line coordinator. "All presenters did a fantastic job and audience participation was great."

More than 70 attendees from Navy/Marine Corps Public Works Departments (PWD's) and NAVFAC Southwest Business and Support Lines participated in the summit.

This year's conference presentations included FSC Overview, Project Oversight (POS), Safety, EMALL, Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF), Contracting Officer Representative Tracking Tool (CORT), Maximo/eProjects, Performance Assessment (PA), PA Best Practices, Contract Toolbox, Public Works Acquisition (PW ACQ) Core Overview, Cost Analyst and Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM).

Presenters included Alan Lacuesta, Robert Niday, Christine Mendiola, Lisa Dela Pena, Steve Defrates, Monica Rodriguez, Todd Mitchell, Mike Morgan, Ted Schleutker and guest speaker Dave Deiranieh, NAVFAC Southwest Public Works business line leader.
