Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded a $30 million indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to Design Partners, Inc. of Honolulu for architect-engineering services March 17.

The projected work will include architect-engineering services primarily for housing projects which consist of new construction of one- or two-story multi-family developments, along with other related design and engineering services at various locations under the cognizance of NAVFAC Pacific.

"We are very pleased to award the contract to Design Partners, Inc.," said Ralph Luca, Capital Improvements business line manager. "The design and engineering support services for our entire area of responsibility are critical, so it's important that experienced companies like Design Partners, Inc. execute the work."

Work is expected to be completed by March 2022. The contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with three proposals received.
