Scott Dunlap, the Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240, PEO EIS) principal assistant program manager for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education received a Fed 100 award from Federal Computer Week (FCW) at the annual awards ceremony, 7 April.

"It is a huge honor for me to be selected as one of the hundred awardees this year," said Dunlap. "It is a prestigious group. Of course, this recognition is a testament to the fantastic team and great work being done by PMW 240 with our sponsors and customers."

The Federal 100 Awards recognize government and industry leaders who have played pivotal roles in the federal government's Information Technology community-individuals who have gone above and beyond their daily responsibilities and have made a difference in the way technology has transformed their agency or accelerated accomplishing their agency's mission.

Dunlap received the award for his work as the PAPM for Manpower Personnel, Training and Education. He was principally recognized for the establishment of the Product Development Group, which streamlines and reduces cost for program startup, his work on strategic acquisition initiatives, and longstanding leadership in transformational efforts to improve the Navy's manpower, personnel, training and education systems portfolio.

PMW 240 manages a complex portfolio of information technology systems supporting seven resource sponsors across the Navy to support human resource management, mobile applications, criminal justice, administrative, and fleet support/afloat business applications. The Sea Warrior portfolio includes 32 systems, 28 initiatives, and 13 applications. Sea Warrior systems are deployed on 169 ships and 70 submarines.
