A P-3C Orion from Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 conducted a fly-by past a parade of ships during Romanian Navy Day Aug. 15.

The event was part of the Romanian Navy Day and was executed with the participation of over 20 ships and approximately 3,000 servicemen and civilians. Approximately 20,000 spectators were in attendance.
