The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) arrived in Civitavecchia, Italy, for a scheduled port visit, Dec. 1.

The port visit serves to strengthen ties between the U.S. and Italy as the two nations work together for a stable, secure and prosperous region.

Quick Facts:
* This marks USS Ramage's first port in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations since its 2014 deployment.
