NEWPORT, R.I. – Rear Admiral Darryl L. Walker relieves Rear Adm. Peter A. Garvin as president of the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) during a change of command ceremony at Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, Aug. 9, 2024.
