USS CONSTITUTION's Flag Coordinator honors requests to fly National Ensigns (a.k.a. American Flags) of recognized current and historic configurations, U.S. Navy Jacks and other official flags of military branches, state and federal government agencies.

*NOTE: USS CONSTITUTION CANNOT fly flags of other countries, nationalities, or any flag which could bring discredit to the Naval Service.

SPECIAL EVENTS / TOUR REQUESTS

USS CONSTITUTION supports special events at the ship when possible. Please note that special events (tours, retirements, change of commands, re-enlistments, promotions, etc.) must be conducted outside of the ship's public tour hours of operation.

*NOTE: Special Events or Tours can only be scheduled for certain specified days and times. Please contact Events Division for further information.

USS CONSTITUTION receives multiple requests for special events on a daily basis, and we are unable to approve all requests simply due to crew size and shipboard availability. Both the Executive Officer and Commanding Officer review each request and make every effort to approve all reasonable requests.

All guests must bring a valid, government-issued photo I.D. or passport to board the ship. Food, drinks, and/or open flames are not permitted aboard the ship at any time.

USS CONSTITUTION Sailors pride themselves on community service and frequently participate in volunteer events throughout the greater Boston area.
