Senior Chief Yeoman Elizabeth Stafford is a model example of resilience and fortitude. She is involved in Sailorization and a mom of two young children. Stafford is a breast cancer survivor who discovered one week after her diagnosis that she was pregnant. She endured nine months of chemotherapy and delivered her healthy baby in 2021. Stafford currently serves as a flag writer for the master chief petty officer of the Navy (2023).
