Master Chief Legalman Sally A. Webster, a Navy Reserve Sailor, earned several awards recognizing her continued excellence, to include the Washington State Bar Association Pro Bono and Public Service Award(2021) and the Rear Adm. Hugh H. Howell, Jr. Award of Excellence. Webster is the command master chief of the Navy Reserve Law Program (NRLP) and senior enlisted advisor to the deputy judge advocate general for Reserve affairs and operations.
