Fleet Public Affairs Center (FLTPACEN) Yokosuka provides expeditionary Public Affairs Officers (PAOs) and Mass Communication Specialists (MCs) who deploy to support public affairs (PA) and visual information (VI) missions supporting the Secretary of the Navy, the Chief of Naval Operations and the Chief of Naval Information, as well as Fleet, regional, Navy component and Combatant Commanders. FLTPACEN Yokosuka is organized, trained and equipped to deploy active duty and reserve Mass Communication Specialists (MCs) and Public Affairs Officers (PAOs) worldwide.

All sponsor assignments are made via the Career Information Management System (CIMS) within 72 hours of receipt of orders and can be accessed by your Command Career Counselor.
