The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is headquartered in Hampton Roads, Virginia and operates the worldwide Navy Exchange System (NES). NEXCOM’s mission is to provide authorized customers, quality goods and services, at a savings, and to support quality life programs.
